   Mid Season: July - August:  $345/nt, $2295/wk

   Christmas/New Years:  $749/nt, $4950/wk
   Thanksgiving/Easter:  $495/nt, $3375/wk
   **Our rates include cleaning service every other day and the Amara security bracelet fees**
   Maximum occupancy - 9 persons total.
   4 night minimum, 6 nights during holidays
   Special rates may be available on request.  Discounts available for small parties.
   30% deposit to hold dates, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
   $500 refundable security deposit due with final payment.
