   Maximum occupancy - 9 persons total.
   3 night minimum, 5 nights during holidays
   Special rates may be available on request.  Discounts available for small parties.
   30% deposit to hold dates, remainder due 30 days prior to arrival.
   $650 refundable security deposit due with final payment.
